The plain-English version of how bookings, cancellations and gift vouchers work at Einkorn.

Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed in full. Places are held for a short time while you pay; if payment isn't completed, the hold is released and the seats return to sale.
Prices are per person and shown in pounds sterling. Everything you need on the day — ingredients, equipment, refreshments and what you bake to take home — is included unless a class page says otherwise.
Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 30 days' notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. With sufficient notice you can choose a refund or a transfer to another available date.
Requests made with less than 30 days' notice, and non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
You can request a move or cancellation yourself from the “Manage my booking” page using your booking reference and email.
If we ever have to cancel or move a class, you'll be offered a transfer or a full refund.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are for a specific masterclass and cover one seat in full. The recipient chooses any available date when they redeem their code.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
On the day

Our working bakery handles gluten, so we cannot provide a gluten-free environment. Please tell us about any dietary or access needs when you book and we'll do what we can.
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed shoes; aprons are provided.
Your information
We use your contact details to manage your booking and, only where you've opted in, to send class news and offers. You can opt out at any time.
